Content is King
The original site was three separate experiences, Quit.com, Nicorette products, and NicoDerm products. Our goal was to create a seamless experience for users to access all the content and products from one place. We wanted Nicorette.com to be a site to go to help people on their quitting journey, and offer products to assist them on that journey if necessary. We worked directly with the content strategy team to find a new home for all this content the brand had across three different sites.
Not Just a Store
The integration of how to quit tips and advice alongside the products not only keeps users on the site longer but truly helps them on their journey to quitting. We also greatly expanded the ecommerce aspect of the website, and are currently working on adding tracking and other features to the user dashboards. We redesigned the entire CRM campaign as well. We really wanted this to be a tool for users to help quit smoking, and I feel like we successfully accomplished that.
